Sounding at once spiritual yet non-traditional, folk melodies are exploded into fragments then reassembled anew, allowing the artists to explore their complex relationship to musical heritage, tradition, landscape and belonging.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe inspiration behind \u003cem\u003eDonn\/Dubh\u003c\/em\u003e lies in 10th-century Celtic texts in which the direction of winds corresponded to different colours.
