Gherkin Jerks: Gherkin Jerks (Vinyl EP)

From 1998 to 1989 Chicago house music pioneer Larry Heard released two EPs of highly influential acid house as Gherkin Jerks. Despite the fact it was a short-lived project, time has rendered it legendary.

Fast forward to 2013 and a CD/digital release collecting both EPs surfaced which included three additional tracks; 'Psychotic Fantasy' (which was on Heards Dance 2000 album), 'Reznaytor,' and the original full take of 'Ecstacy'. These tracks were from the same sessions and arrive together on vinyl for the first time. A fabulous piece of acid house history.
